Return Policy

Damaged Items, Incorrect Garment, or Poor-Quality Printing:

Due to the nature of the manufacturing beast, damaged items or poor-quality printing slips through the cracks on rare occasions. For the fastest resolution, please contact us with your order number, and a photograph showing the poor quality print, the wrong garment, or the damaged area of the item, and in most cases, we will replace the defective item. We rarely ask for the damaged/incorrect/poor-quality item to be shipped back to us.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please contact us before returning items, and always include your order number in the package with the returned item.
